We are looking for a qualified Advanced Care Planning Consultant to join our team.

The Advance Care Planning Consultant assists the Business Development Manager with PHC’s sales plan, including periodic market analysis and plan revisions. Position represents and promotes PHC services to physicians, community members and other customers through direct sales efforts, including consultations regarding advanced care planning and end of life needs.

Requirements include - at least two years’ experience in a medical field with understanding of medical terminology and health care systems; knowledge of medical and community resources; and valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation and current auto insurance required. 4 year degree in related field preferred.
